Welcome!
Auckland Diving provides professionally run classes for brand new divers, right through to competitive training at Olympic level. We have two clubs within our program, Diving Waitakere and North Harbour Diving.
Diving is a fun, dynamic and unique sport which helps develop agility, strength, co-ordination and deep water confidence. Our divers come from varied backgrounds including gymnastics, cheer-leading, rugby players, kids who enjoy jumping off wharf's/pool sides and those that just love to be in the water. Classes are suitable for people from five years through to adult; provided participants can comfortably swim in deep water. No diving experience is necessary.
If you want to be more confident in the water, love the thrill of jumping/diving off things and want to try a new sport then join a class today. Come and give it a go, we know you'll LOVE it!

About Auckland Diving
Auckland Diving is short for Auckland Diving Community Trust or ADCT. ADCT was created in 2009 as a collaboration between Diving Waitakere (DW) and North Harbour Diving (NHD) clubs in order to maximise opportunities, resources and talent to the benefit of both clubs and enhance diving in Auckland generally. ADCT is a registered not-for-profit charity with the New Zealand Charities Commission (CC42144).
The two clubs have contracted the provision of diving coaching and administration to ADCT and to that end the organisation runs the diving programme as if we are one club.
Governance of ADCT is managed by a board of up to eight Trustees. The Clubs each appoint two Trustees to the board and the board draws other trustees, usually from amongst the parent members of the clubs.
Current trustees are:
Rebecca Jameson, Chair
Brad Guthrie, Treasurer
Eliza Richards, Secretary
Katrina Williams
Genevieve Atkinson
Mark Findlater
Lucy McGrath
Dorothee Vogel
Board members generally rotate off the board at about a two-yearly cycle. If you have any questions for the board or would like to be considered for membership when a position is available please contact chair@aucklanddiving.co.nz

My whanau had the best afternoon. The other kids had a blast, with some jumps off 7 and 10 and some funky dives on the 1. Good times. This will definitely become a whanau Sunday favourite.
"The coaches are energetic, positive and encouraging!!!"
